When you book a stay, request an event quote, or contact us, we collect details you provide — such as your name, email address, phone number, stay dates, and any special requests. Payment references and transaction status are recorded when you pay a deposit through our payment partners.

How we use your information

We use your information to confirm reservations, communicate about your stay, process deposits, and improve our hospitality services. Staff may add internal notes to a booking to coordinate arrivals and guest preferences.

Sharing with service providers

We share data only with trusted processors needed to operate the website — including hosting (Netlify), database (Supabase), email (Resend), and payment providers (Paystack, Moniepoint). If your hotel enables RAYZA Connect, confirmed booking details may be relayed to your property management system at your request.

Retention

Reservation and payment records are kept as long as needed for legal, accounting, and guest-service purposes, then deleted or anonymised when no longer required.
